Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, we have strict returns guidelines.

Returns

All wigs are final sale unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Returns will only be accepted if

  • The incorrect item was sent, or

  • The item is faulty upon arrival

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The wig must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • The wig must be in its original packaging

  • Lace must not be cut, customised, or damaged

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
